Bic takes the idea of “keeping it simple” further than other brands. The Cruiser can be purchased as part of a complete rig coming with everything you need to get on the water (except harness lines). This package arrives in a well-designed sail bag complete with internal sleeves for the mast and extension. Simplicity continues through the setup, as only basic tuning is required. However, for best performance in planing conditions, add two to three centimetres to the recommended downhaul and you’re good to go. The Cruiser is easy to control, feeling perfectly balanced on the water. It has a smooth delivery of power into your hands and only gets uncontrollable when pushed at full speed.
